Location just off the centre of the old district-a quiet oasis from the hustle, the lake n central area of old quarter, and all the main tourist places. Competent staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Great breakfast selection for all tastes with excellent view and western options, for instance.

From the warm and welcoming staff to the fantastic location in the heart of Hanoi's old district, our stay at this boutique hotel was truly memorable. The staff, especially Mary and Andy, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and stunning views from the rooftop restaurant added to the overall experience. The breakfast buffet and à la carte menu were delicious, with standout dishes like beef noodle soup and omelettes.
Was all great.
